Residents Council of Asheville Housing Authority works to provide access to enrichment programming and various presenters during the summer for up to students. They support the Community Matters Program to instill into our youth living in low-wealth communities of ages 12 years – 17 years to value our communities, their self-worth, and foster strategies that will help overcome challenges while becoming leaders that cultivate resilient communities.
